A robust ranking of Emma Chamberlain’s best coffee products, from someone who’s tried them all

There are three people I would sacrifice my life for without hesitation: my mother, Hoda Kotb and Emma Chamberlain (in no particular order). Each of these ladies has had an incredible impact on my life. Whether through life advice, unconditional support, encouraging segments, hilarious vlogs or fashion inspirations, they have all helped me through difficult times. Parasocial relationship or not, I love them. Which, unfortunately for my bank account, means I will spend every penny I have to support them in whatever endeavor they undertake. Luckily, with Emma’s coffee company, I know that whatever I spend I’ll enjoy. Because let me tell you, coffee connoisseurs and Folger fans: Chamberlain Coffee is amazing. Everything – the flavors, the collection, the merch – is a home run. And I’m not saying that just because I love Emma. I take my coffee seriously because it literally keeps me up and moving most days.

If you don’t know Emma, then I would describe her as someone you want to be your best friend, no matter your age or interests. She has an incredibly popular YouTube channel, but she also hosts concerts, fashion collaborations and, of course, runs her own coffee business. Honestly, when I first tried his coffee a few years ago, I was extremely nervous. It was like seeing your friend’s newborn baby for the first time: either something super cute that you’d want to take home immediately, or a little boring and not worth the 30 minute drive. I don’t know if that analogy fits, but I’m sure you kinda know what I mean.

Anyway, I was nervous when I first tasted his line of products in 2020, but luckily for all of us, that nervousness was unnecessary. The coffee was great. Even the single serve packets I was skeptical of ended up tasting better than any of the brewed stuff I made myself. Since then, I have tried almost all of his brand’s products, including accessories. And since everything is now available on Amazon, allowing new people to experience the brand and fall in love with it, I thought I would do the world a favor and list my absolute favorite Chamberlain Coffee products.

It was hard to choose favorites, but I did the work for you (I’m so brave) and was as honest as possible in my thoughts. Check out the five (IMHO) best things you can buy from Chamberlain Coffee below.

Chamberlain Early Bird Coffee Blend

First thing is first: my absolute number 1 choice. The Early Bird coffee blend is everything a light roast lover like me could want. It’s tasty, creamy and gives you a ton of energy. According to the brand, this blend contains the highest amount of caffeine compared to the others. To me, it’s music to my tired ears. Early Bird is made with Columbia beans and has notes of citrus, green apple, caramel and milk chocolate. Don’t let the fruity notes scare you off, though. I generally shy away from the fruity coffee like the Ethiopian blends, but this one is much more subtle, less pungent and goes extremely well with whatever creamer you like.

If I had to pick one coffee blend to take to a desert island, this would be it.

Chamberlain Café Social Dog Mix

Okay, I was scared when I saw these things at first. They reminded me of tea bags and I hate tea, so the association stuck. They work the same way, you put a bag in a cup of hot water, let it steep and then flavor it however you like. It’s simple, but I thought it would make for a really disastrous cup of bean juice. However, I was humble. I don’t know how Chamberlain Coffee did it, but these individual coffee sachets taste just like a regular cup of coffee. I’m someone who doesn’t like change, but honestly, I can handle it. It’s nice for people who only need a cup to get them moving. Plus, it’s really satisfying to watch the grounds and water come together to form coffee.

Chamberlain cold press coffee maker

If you’re wondering, “Why would I have a cold brew French press when I can just refrigerate the coffee on my own?” so I beg you to raise your standards. This Bodum x Chamberlain Coffee collab looks so good while being so easy to use, I simply have no complaints. All you have to do is fill it with grounds and water, let it steep for a day, and then you’re good to go with a really good batch of cold brew for a week. Will it taste like the $7 you get from a chain coffee shop on your way to work? No. I don’t know what they do with this stuff, but recreating this at home is impossible. But it will be cheaper!! And only a little less tasty. Like, seriously, that’s fine. Much better than normal chilled coffee. Please, for the sake of yourself in this heat wave, get this.

Chamberlain Coffee The Original Family Blend

If you share a household with another coffee lover with a slightly different taste than yours, this is the safest blend for your relationship. The Family Blend bears this name for a reason. This will be the glue that will keep your lineage together forever. Spectacular? Yes. Honest? Still. It’s a medium roast so you know it’s a real compromise of palettes. It has hints of chocolate-covered cherries (specific, but delicious), so you can expect rich, comforting flavors with every sip. I don’t think there’s a person in the world who wouldn’t love this blend because it’s such a great neutral. Switzerland could never.

Box of five Chamberlain coffee blends

If you’re in a house of dramatic people (not me, no!) who don’t compromise (again, might never be me!), then swallow your pride and get yourself this set of five mixes. It comes with Emma’s dark, medium, and light roast blends. Plus, it will save you money. Each bag usually costs $16 a piece, but this set keeps them each at $10 a pop. My mental math added it all up to $30 in savings, which is almost as much as you spend. It’s a good sign. I also love how this set could help people whose taste changes with the weather – dark roasts taste better when it’s raining, don’t question that – get exactly what they want that day – the.
